He attended Washburn University, where he obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accounting. After graduating from college, he worked as an accountant for a couple of years until he was hired by Cordry Appraisal Services in 2019, where he obtained his Certified Residential Appraiser license. In 2021, he started Halter Appraisals as a residential appraisal firm. In 2023, he was hired by Graves Real Estate Appraisal and obtained his Certified General Appraiser license. In January 2025, he bought out Graves Real Estate Appraisal and changed the name to Halter Appraisals, which is a full-service appraisal firm, providing valuations for residential, agricultural, commercial, and industrial properties.
